Coach Rydell Cowan is the Head Football Coach at South Iredell High School and a proud South Iredell alumnus. A former Division I football player at Appalachian State University, Coach Cowan brings over 17 years of coaching experience, including four years as a head coach. He is committed to building a disciplined, tough, and family-oriented program while helping student-athletes maximize their opportunities both on and off the field. Coach Cowan is passionate about player development, leadership, academics, and assisting athletes through the college recruiting process.
