Ben Kolstad
Head Coach
Ben Kolstad brings more than two decades of coaching experience and a reputation for building winning, player-centered programs. He began his head coaching career at Cary High School, where he led the team for nine years and captured a conference championship. He then spent six seasons at Sanderson High School in Raleigh before taking over as head coach at Leesville Road in 2019.
In his first season, Kolstad guided the Pride to a 13-0 record, a regional championship, and a trip to the state title game. Under his leadership, Leesville Road has remained a consistent contender, posting a 24-8 record over the past three seasons. Known for his hard work, integrity, and commitment to developing both players and facilities, Coach Kolstad continues to lead by example—focusing on character, effort, and growth on and off the field.
