Donnie Zimmerman

Donnie “Zim” joined the National Preps team in June 2012 as the Director of Mid Atlantic Scouting after serving as President and CEO of the Playmaker Recruiting Report. Zim has over 18 years of experience “scouting” HS football players, including 12 years as a College Football Coach serving as a position coach, recruiting coordinator, and defensive coordinator at the BCS, FCS, and D2 levels.

Gary Howard

Coach Howard joined the National Preps team in 2018 and is the Director of the Western Region & Texas following almost a decade of being the VP/GM of XOS/Catapult's Recruiting & Scouting Division. Coach Howard is a 16-year HS coaching veteran and is entering his 22nd year in scouting HS players for the college market.

Prior to joining NP Howard owned one of the top recruiting companies NorCal Football Scouting covering the west coast which was then acquired by XOS/Catapult. He has worked in partnerships with Champion, Bumpboxx, The Opening, Elite 11, The NFL's Pro Football Hall of Fame, ESPN, Fox Sports, Pylon 7v7, and Dave Campbell’s Texas Football. He has also served on the selection teams of the US Army All-American Bowl and the Under Armour All-American Game.

Chad Jamison

Chad joined National Preps in 2013 after working in various roles at the Division 1 level for 14 years.

Chad had several roles with NC State's football program, including Director of High School Relations (2005-2013), Offensive GA (2001-03), and Recruiting Intern (2000). He also served as Offensive GA at East Carolina University (2004). During his time at NC State, he assisted in the evaluation, recruitment, and coaching of four NFL QBs (Philip Rivers, Russell Wilson, Mike Glennon, and Jacoby Brissett). While running the recruiting operations for the Wolfpack, he oversaw the recruitment of two classes that resulted in six players drafted by the NFL per respective recruiting class. Both were the highest number of players drafted in school history. Prior to his college experience, Chad coached high school football at CD East HS in Harrisburg, PA, and played DB in college at the Indiana University of PA.

Todd Haldis

Todd joined National Preps when Playmaker Recruiting Report merged with National Preps in 2012. While at the University of Maryland at College Park earning his degree in kinesiology, Todd work in the UMD football offices where he assisted in recruiting and event management. After college, Todd joined Playmaker Recruiting Report. After the merger, Todd was promoted to National Preps Director of Mid-Atlantic Scouting.

Jeff Mullen

Jeff Mullen joined the National Preps team in February of 2018 after Coaching College football for 27 years at the Division 1 level.

Coach Mullen has been a Division 1A College Football Coach for the last 27 seasons. He started his career at the University of Hawaii in 1991 as a Graduate Assistant. From there he made stops at Ohio University (1992-2000), Wake Forest (2001-2007), West Virginia (2008-2010), and finished his coaching career by helping start the program at UNC Charlotte (2011-2017). Jeff spent his entire career as an offensive assistant and over the last 10 seasons as an offensive coordinator.
