Billy Mills has led the Dinwiddie Generals football program to statewide success built on discipline, teamwork, and heart. Since taking over as head coach, he has guided the Generals to multiple VHSL Class 4 State Championships, including perfect seasons in 2013 and 2022. A graduate of Emory & Henry College, Coach Mills is known for his “No Excuses. Just Work.” philosophy and for developing student-athletes who excel both on the field and in life.
