Joshua Wild
Head Coach
A veteran coach with 22 years of experience, including 10 years as a Head Coach. I have spent my career building programs through fundamental skill development and a culture of accountability. My coaching background spans diverse developmental environments, giving me a unique ability to identify and maximize the potential of every athlete on my roster.
My primary goal is to provide college programs with "ready-to-play" prospects. I have a proven track record of placing student-athletes across the entire collegiate spectrum—from Power 4 (NC State) and Service Academies (Army West Point) to elite academic Division III programs like Hampden-Sydney and Randolph-Macon.
I provide honest, transparent evaluations based on two decades of experience on the sidelines. I maintain an open-door policy for all visiting scouts.
Ryan Welsh
Assistant Coach
A Pittsburgh transplant, Coach Welsh brings over 15 years of coaching experience, working multiple positions on both sides of the ball since beginning his career in 2009. In 2015, he spent a season at JMU working with the tight ends, gaining valuable collegiate-level insight that shapes his coaching today.
He is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the field, with a strong emphasis on character, discipline, and resilience. Coach Welsh focuses on building football IQ and preparing players to succeed not only in the game, but in life beyond it.
